To provide and improve the PAITS service
To generate personalized course content
To send service-related communications (account, billing, updates)
To monitor and prevent abuse of the platform

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Generated content (videos, slides, notes) is stored in Google Cloud Storage with signed URL access controls.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Google Cloud Platform: Infrastructure, storage, and AI services
Firebase: Authentication and session management
Stripe: Payment processing (we do not store card details)

5. AI-Generated Content

Course content is generated using AI language models. Your prompts and topics may be processed by third-party AI providers (Google, OpenAI) to generate content. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Generated content is retained for the lifetime of your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Export your generated content

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
