2. Description of Service
PAITS is an AI-powered educational platform that generates courses, lecture notes, presentations, and videos from user-provided topics. The Service is provided "as is" and content is generated by artificial intelligence.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI generation system
- Resell generated content as your own educational product without attribution
- Exceed rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions
5. Generated Content
Content generated by PAITS is created by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it in formal educational settings. PAITS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated material.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to the topics and prompts you provide. Generated content is licensed to you for personal and educational use. The PAITS platform, brand, and underlying technology remain the property of PAITS.
7. Billing and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
PAITS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
